We check email daily. You may use email to schedule appointments, refill routine prescriptions, offer comments/suggestions and to ask general questions. We will be happy to respond to you in a timely manner. Please include a phone number so that we may call you if necessary.

You may call the office anytime during office hours to schedule an appointment. Should you find that you cannot keep an appointment, please call as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel. Every effort will be made to see you as close to your appointment time as possible. However, occasional emergency situations may interrupt this schedule.

Any medical problem should be discussed with the physician. Problems of a business nature should be discussed with the patient representative. Please feel free to call our office if you ever have problems or questions regarding your condition, medication, cast, treatment, or any problems with billing or insurance.
